  1. Damaged Products:

    • If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

    • We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost to you. Simply provide us with photos of the damaged product and its packaging to expedite the process. Please email us at mosman.futures@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

    • There are no additional costs associated with replacements for damaged products.

  2. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange a product for another item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the exchange, and the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

  3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

    • To initiate a refund or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at Mosman.futures@gmail.com

    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (for damaged products).

  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
